No Anti-nutrients by using Plant Protein from Sprouted Seeds
Lectins are a traditional anti-nutrient in many seeds and beans and can become a genuine problem since they can inhibit the absorption of minerals and trace elements. That is the reason why we only use easily digestible and well-tolerated protein from sprouted seeds for Alpha Foods Proteins.
High-quality Whole Foods
As with all Alpha Foods products, we only use natural raw materials. This means working without chemical solvents for the basic raw materials and nor with synthetic pouring aid, release agents, and flavours. We produce in Germany according to the highest quality, production and hygiene standards (GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP). In order to ensure quality, purity and safety, we have each batch also examined by independent laboratories in addition to our in-house quality control. (DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2005).

Sweet and salty – the combination of pretzels and chocolate is a real treat for the eyes and the palate! We will show you how to make your own vegan protein bars with absolute addictive potential, without refined sugars, with fresh natural foods and about 13g plant protein per serving.
Mix dates, pretzels, almond flour, cocoa, almond paste, almond milk, chocolate protein powder and maple syrup in a powerful blender and mix until a sticky mixture is formed. Pour the mixture into a mould and press down firmly. For the chocolate layer put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy. Then pour the chocolate mixture into the mould and top with a few crunchy pretzel pieces. Cool in freezer for 30-40 minutes… and enjoy!
