The multi-stage fermentation process was developed by Dr. Niedermaier Pharma researched for decades and patented in 2004. In this modern and dynamising opening process, fresh, sun-ripened fruits, nuts and vegetables from organic cultivation are split into several fermentation stages down to the molecules level. Consecutive partial fermentation mimics the body’s natural digestive system.

Step 1:

The fresh ingredients are washed, crushed and filled in a fermenting tank, a so-called fermenter. Lactobacilli (lactic acid bacteria) are added to the mixture, which produce clockwise L(+) lactic acid. After about two days, the first fermentation begins.

Thanks to the gentle manufacturing process, the use of preservatives, chemical additives, sugar and alcohol can be avoided.

Step 2:

After about two to three weeks, the first partial fermentation follows. The fermentation material is re-applied for fermentation with the addition of new lactic acid bacteria. Following this principle, further fermentation stages follow. This results in an ever finer splitting of the ingredients.

Step 3:

All fermentation fractions are joined together, subjected to a total fermentation process and finally centrifugated. The ingredients are now available in a unique split.
